Achieving a Sustainable Future

Glanbia Nutritionals is aligned with our parent company, Glanbia plc, on a vision of Better Nutrition, Better World for the Glanbia organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiative. The initiative is grounded in respect for people, respect for planet, and respect for business ethics and performance.

Our Role at Glanbia Nutritionals

We recognize how deeply connected food systems are to the planet’s resources. We also recognize as a business-to-business organization running large scale manufacturing operations and complex supply chains, that we represent a material component of our companywide sustainability ambition.

Across our business, we have identified opportunities and are pursuing initiatives to meet our goals around Carbon, Water, and Waste reduction, and Responsible Sourcing. We have set ambitious but achievable sustainability targets validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative and aligned with the Paris Accord Agreements. We regularly report on our progress to ensure our overall ESG targets reflect our sustainability strategy of delivering better nutrition responsibly.
