At this year’s US Championship Cheese Contest, Glanbia Nutritionals won 16 medals for products made in its plant in Twin Falls, Idaho, and joint venture plants in New Mexico (Southwest Cheese) and in Michigan (MWC).
The results demonstrate the company’s continued innovation expertise and commitment to operational excellence in its dairy production facilities.
Core cheese products like Mild Cheddar and Pepper Jack continued to do well in the contest. In addition, products developed in the Cheese Innovation Center, like Asiago, Aged Cheddar and new pepper blends continued to receive several awards. Here is the full list:
