Food Tech Summit & Expo 2022 – What You Need to Know
Coming up on September 28 is the two-day Food Tech Summit & Expo at Citibanamex Center in Mexico City. The largest Spanish-speaking ingredients expo, this event brings together food industry professionals from throughout Latin America to network, learn about industry trends, and connect ingredient buyers and sellers.
This year’s Food Tech Summit also includes a Food Pack Summit and “Food Talks” for a total of over 45 conferences and panels to choose from. Attendees can also walk the expo floor to see the latest food ingredients and packaging from over 300 exhibiting suppliers.
Presentations, workshops, tastings—it’s all there, and it’s free of charge for food industry professionals. Topics on the agenda include functional foods, plant proteins, sustainability, natural alternatives, the snack market, and consumption trends. In the expo hall, expect to see ingredient suppliers showcasing starches, gums, flavors, sweeteners, colorants, dairy ingredients, and more.
