Designation of Greater Suzhou Best Employer for the 2nd Year Running!
Despite the challenging times that we have encountered over the past number of months due to COVID-19, we are delighted to share the news that, for the second consecutive year,
GN has achieved the designation of Greater Suzhou Best Employer!
Each entrant was rated on the below four dimensions:
Brand Capability
Each entrant’s brand is reviewed by a committee comprised of representatives of government, media, labor union and HR experts. Five key elements were reviewed – Employer Development, Company Culture, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
Brand Engagement
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Culture and Values
- Caring for our Employees
- Leadership
- Advancement
Brand Perceptivity
Each employer submits a brand video that is reviewed and voted upon by the public.
Brand Influence
The assessment metrics for brand influence include Brand Popularity, Recognition, Association and Positive & Negative Asset Concept.
Based on a committee review and public voting, GN successfully achieved this recognition, placing 6th among the top 30! (Vs. 27th in 2019). In achieving this designation, GN joins a select group of other winners in Suzhou, including Roche, Philips, Lily, BD, Eaton, Nexteer etc.
Well done to the below GN Project team who were involved in the preparation and submission of our application. As you can imagine it was not easy as COVID-19 made communication and team morale difficult to manage. We would also like to say a big thank you to our employees. We could not have done this without you!
